This is our final paint out of the year. Many thanks to Alice Sharp who makes all the arrangements for our paint outs!

Below is a photo, compliments of Jacki Frey, taken through the window this past Wednesday at the paint out. Bob Talbot graciously invited us to their cabin, and wife Sue cooked up a pot of delicious chicken chili for us. It was misty, the fog was gently rising up over the pond, and the glorious colors of autumn reflected in the still water. Those who came to paint had a nice time, hiking in the rain under a canopy of trees, then warming up by the wood stove. A hearty thanks to Bob and Sue for their hospitality and providing such an incredible setting for our paint out.

November 5-29, "Body of Work"
Gallery North on the Square
Wednesday through Saturdays, 11:00 - 6:00
Opening Reception, Friday, November 7, 5:00 - 8:00
Cathy Korinek, Rose McCay, Linda Meyer-Wright, Carolyn Rogers Richard, Sandy Taylor, Tricia Wente are the BWS members exhibiting in this show by the Experimental Artists Group.

In their words, "The Experimental Artists Group are aqua media artists who meet in Brown County and Bloomington to paint and create together. The group explores new ideas in water media using transparent watercolor, acrylics, inks, collage, and other media. As a result of the sharing and exploring of techniques, ideas, spirit and resources, each of the artists creates work that is varied and unique. The theme explores the myriad connections of their lives, their bodies, and their work."

KUDOS and ACCOLADES
