Dan Alexander, 2nd vice president of BWS, sends this request to the BWS artists:
The "Week of Chocolate" takes place January 30-February 6, 2010. The "Week of Chocolate" is a fundraiser for Options for Better Living, an organization which provides services for people with disabilities. (www.optionsfbl.com)
As part of the fundraising, the Art of Chocolate event takes place on Sunday, January 31, 5:30-8:00 p.m. at the Indiana University Art Museum. This is an evening of fine food, desserts, drink, music, and a silent auction.
BWS members are invited to donate a matted or framed painting in any medium to the silent auction. It is a real opportunity for BWS artists to exhibit their work at the Art Museum and be viewed by the many guests who attend.
