South of 10th Street near the Library
Use meters in parking lot, or look for visitor parking. Do not park in permit parking.

The first BWS paint out of the season took place at Cedar Crest, the headquarters of the Sycamore Land Trust. It was a small turnout, but those who made it were treated to a tour of the grounds and the house by Erin Hollinden, outreach coordinator. The home, donated by the Caldwell family, contained many, many pieces of art from all over the world. Mrs. Caldwell was a scultptress, and several of her sculptures are around the grounds. The yard features a beautiful Victorian style tiered fountain (below) which contrasts vividly with the modern sculpture with fluid, suggestive lines (right). Thanks to Steve Jackson for arranging the paint outs, and thanks to Kim Neubecker for the photos!
